Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at service@crochetsisters.club. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
All of our products are handmade and/or custom-made, which means they may have natural handmade variations or traces of craftsmanship. These are part of the product’s unique character and are not considered defects.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Handmade items with normal craftsmanship marks

  • Custom or personalized products (including special orders) unless defective or with customization errors

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for handmade or custom products unless the item is defective or we have made an error in customization.
